Harvest Ethiopia will accept merchandise in its original un-used condition for a refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip within 14 days from date of delivery.  All correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser in the same form of payment, excluding shipping costs.

Any product with modifications are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled for any reason.

Discounted items purchased at our Sample Sales are non-returnable, non-refundable & final sale.  

Please note that it can take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.  Harvest Ethiopia reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.   All packages for return/repair must be fully insured. Harvest Ethiopia will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Packages are shipped within 3 business days of order.  

We ship using the US Postal Service Priority Mail to ensure your packages arrive in a timely fashion.  You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has shipped.
